This policy explains ownership of RevvRoutes materials and how rights holders can report content for review.

RevvRoutes materials

The RevvRoutes name, logos, original text, original graphics, software, layouts, and product designs are owned by Revv Routes LLC or used with permission. You may view and use the service for its intended purpose, but you may not copy, sell, republish, misrepresent, or create a confusingly similar service from protected RevvRoutes materials without written permission.

Third-party materials

Maps, government documents, news articles, event listings, trademarks, photographs, and linked content may belong to third parties. Their appearance does not transfer ownership to Revv Routes LLC. Use of official-source links is intended to help users find the controlling source.

Reporting a rights concern

A copyright or trademark owner may submit a report through the Contact page. Include your name and contact information; identification of the protected work or mark; the exact page, link, or account at issue; a good-faith explanation of the claimed violation; a statement that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act; and your physical or electronic signature.

Review and response

RevvRoutes may remove or restrict material while reviewing a report, ask for additional information, notify the person who submitted the material, or restore content when a report is incomplete or disputed. Knowingly false reports may create legal liability.

No registered-agent claim

The Contact page is a reporting channel and does not by itself identify a registered copyright agent or accept formal service of process. Revv Routes LLC should complete any required agent registration before relying on statutory online-service-provider safe harbors for public user uploads.
