RevvRoutes provides an informational route-research service. This notice explains the limits of that service and the responsibilities that remain with every rider.

Business identity
Revv Routes LLC is a South Carolina limited liability company that operates the RevvRoutes brand, website, email updates, and planned mobile application. Business and legal questions may be sent through the Contact page. Private tax records, ownership records, signatures, home addresses, and internal company agreements are not published on this website.
No legal or safety guarantee
Maps, route records, road names, summaries, news, and event links are provided for general information. They are not legal advice, emergency guidance, a government authorization, or a guarantee of road condition or safety. Rules may differ for golf carts and LSVs and may change without notice.
Emergency and active-driving warning
RevvRoutes does not monitor submissions as an emergency channel. Call 911 or the appropriate local authority for emergencies, crashes, crimes, downed utilities, or immediate road hazards. Set your route and secure your device before moving. A passenger should operate the device when the vehicle is underway.
Assumption of responsibility
Operating any vehicle involves risk. Users must exercise reasonable care, obey laws and signs, use required safety equipment, avoid distracted or impaired driving, and decide whether conditions are suitable. RevvRoutes does not control roads, paths, traffic, weather, closures, vehicles, property access, other drivers, or third-party content.
Community reports are not verified instantly
If community reporting launches, user reports may be incomplete, outdated, mistaken, or intentionally false. A report, vote count, color, or route popularity score does not replace official instructions or personal judgment. RevvRoutes may review, label, remove, or retain reports but does not promise real-time moderation.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Revv Routes LLC and its owners, personnel, vendors, and licensors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of or reliance on the service, including route decisions, citations, property damage, injury, loss of data, or third-party conduct. Nothing here excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be limited.
No warranty
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, RevvRoutes disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Third-party services
Maps, official-source links, local news, events, payment processing, and app-store services may be supplied by third parties. RevvRoutes is not responsible for their availability, accuracy, privacy practices, or terms.
Legal review
These website notices improve transparency but are not a substitute for advice from a licensed attorney. Revv Routes LLC should obtain legal review before accepting payments, enabling public user submissions, collecting precise location, or launching in additional jurisdictions.
