Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and Revv Routes LLC covering the RevvRoutes website, route directory, newsletters, and any future app features that link to them.

Acceptance and eligibility

By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and applicable posted policies. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 13 to submit personal information or create a future account. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must review these Terms with you, and you may drive only when permitted by law.

Permitted use

You may use the service for lawful personal or business route research. You may not interfere with security or operation; probe or access nonpublic systems; use automated extraction in a manner that burdens the service or violates rights; impersonate others; submit unlawful, dangerous, deceptive, infringing, or knowingly false content; collect other users’ information without permission; or use RevvRoutes to coordinate unlawful vehicle operation.

Route research and driving responsibilities

A “verified,” “reviewed,” or similar label means only that RevvRoutes reviewed the linked source on the date shown. It does not certify every mapped road, path, crossing, or route. You are responsible for checking current state and local law, posted signs, closures, road conditions, vehicle classification, registration, permit, insurance, equipment, license and age requirements, speed limits, operating hours, passengers, and weather before each trip. Do not view, enter, or report information while operating a vehicle.

Third-party maps, news, events, and sources

The service may display or link to content from Google, local governments, publishers, event organizers, app stores, payment processors, and others. Links do not mean endorsement. Third-party information may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate and is governed by the provider’s terms and privacy policy.

Accounts and security

If accounts launch, you must provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account unless applicable law provides otherwise. We may suspend or terminate access needed to protect users, the public, the service, or legal compliance.

Your submissions and community content

You keep ownership of content you submit. You grant Revv Routes LLC a worldwide, nonexclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, adapt for formatting or safety, display, distribute, and use that content to operate, improve, promote, and protect RevvRoutes. The license lasts while the content is used by the service and for reasonable backups, legal records, and content incorporated into shared route records. You represent that you have the necessary rights and that your submission is accurate to the best of your knowledge. The Community Guidelines also apply.

Intellectual property

RevvRoutes names, logos, original text, software, layouts, and product designs are owned by Revv Routes LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. No license is granted except the limited right to use the service under these Terms. Government sources, third-party maps, news, trademarks, and linked content remain the property of their respective owners.

Paid access and renewals

No payment checkout is active on this website. If paid access launches, the checkout will disclose the price, included features, billing period, whether a trial converts to a paid plan, renewal terms, cancellation method, and material refund terms before payment information is accepted. Recurring charges will require express consent. The Subscription and Cancellation Policy will apply.

Service changes and termination

Features, coverage, pricing, and availability may change. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue part of the service. You may stop using the service at any time and may request deletion of eligible account information through the Contact page.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” to the fullest extent permitted by law. Revv Routes LLC disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Revv Routes LLC and its personnel will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, loss of data or profits, or harm caused by reliance on route information, third-party content, service interruption, or user submissions. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liability that applicable law does not allow to be limited.

Governing law and disputes

South Carolina law governs these Terms, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where consumer law requires otherwise. Any dispute not resolved informally will be brought in a court with lawful jurisdiction in South Carolina unless applicable law gives you another right. Before filing, each party should send a written description through the Contact page and allow 30 days for a good-faith attempt to resolve the matter.

General terms

If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer these Terms without our consent; we may transfer them as part of a merger, financing, sale, reorganization, or operation of the service. These Terms and linked policies are the entire agreement about the service unless a separate written agreement applies.

Changes

We may update these Terms and will post the revised effective date. Material changes will be communicated when appropriate. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms.
