This policy explains the information RevvRoutes currently handles, how planned app features may expand that information, and the choices available to you.

RevvRoutes currently offers route research, third-party map and news links, a contact option, and an optional launch newsletter. Paid checkout, user accounts, GPS route recording, public profiles, messaging, photo uploads, and community hazard reporting are not active on this website.
Who operates RevvRoutes
Revv Routes LLC, a South Carolina limited liability company, operates the RevvRoutes website and planned mobile application. “RevvRoutes,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Revv Routes LLC.
Information collected on the current website
- Newsletter information: email address, selected state, vehicle preference, newsletter choice, and subscription timestamps.
- Contact information: information you choose to include when contacting us. The Contact page opens your email application, so your email provider also processes the message.
- Technical information: hosting and security providers may process IP address, browser and device type, request time, referring page, and diagnostic or anti-abuse logs.
- Third-party content: embedded Google Maps and links to Google News, local governments, news publishers, or other sites may allow those third parties to receive browser, device, cookie, and interaction information under their own policies.
Planned app information
If those features launch, RevvRoutes may collect account and profile information, precise or approximate device location with permission, recorded or manually drawn route data, saved destinations, votes, hazard or incident reports, photos, messages, contribution history, moderation records, and purchase or subscription status. We will provide in-app notices and request device permissions before collecting precise location, photos, or similar information.
How information is used
- Provide, personalize, maintain, secure, and improve the service.
- Send updates requested by the subscriber and maintain opt-out records.
- Respond to support, privacy, legal, and safety reports.
- Research route coverage, review official sources, and moderate future community submissions.
- Prevent misuse, investigate technical problems, comply with law, and protect users and the public.
How information is disclosed
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may disclose limited information to vendors that provide hosting, databases, security, email delivery, mapping, analytics if later activated, customer support, app distribution, and payment processing; to comply with lawful process; during a business transaction; or when reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, and service integrity. Vendors may use information only as allowed by their agreements and applicable law.
Payments
This website does not currently accept payment or collect card or bank details. If paid checkout launches, payment credentials will be entered with the identified payment processor rather than stored by RevvRoutes. We may receive transaction status, plan, renewal, and limited billing records needed to operate the subscription.
Retention and security
We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described, legal obligations, disputes, security, and enforcement. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and privacy requests
You may opt out of marketing email at any time using the unsubscribe method in the message or the Contact page. You may also request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of personal information associated with you. We may need to verify the request and may retain information when permitted or required by law. Authorized agents should identify their authority when submitting a request.
Children
RevvRoutes is not directed to children under 13, and children under 13 may not create an account, join the newsletter, or submit personal information. A parent or guardian who believes a child provided information should contact us so we can review and delete it. Users under 18 should use the service with a parent or guardian and may operate vehicles only when legally permitted.
United States service and changes
The service is operated from the United States. We may update this policy as features or laws change. Material changes will be posted here and, when appropriate, communicated through the service before they take effect.
